Welcome to Turn to Him (the “App”)! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Turn to Him mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by RGA Labs LLC (“RGA Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Turn to Him, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Turn to Him. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App.

2. Account Registration

Creating an Account

To access certain features of Turn to Him, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

• Prolonged inactivity

• Any reason, with or without notice

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

3. Screen Time Monitoring

Purpose and Functionality

Turn to Him uses Apple’s Family Controls framework to monitor your screen time for apps you choose to limit. This feature is designed to help you build healthier digital habits through positive intervention.

Your Control

You have complete control over which apps we monitor. By enabling Screen Time monitoring, you:

• Choose which apps to monitor and set your own time limits

• Authorize the App to access Screen Time data for selected apps

• Can add, remove, or modify monitored apps at any time

• Can disable Screen Time monitoring entirely at any time

Intervention Screens

When you reach your self-set time limits, the App will display intervention screens featuring spiritual content (scriptures, quotes, talks). You may:

• Choose to engage with the content and redirect your attention

• Dismiss the screen and continue using the app (with Talents consequences)

No Absolute Blocking

Turn to Him is designed to encourage better choices, not to force them. Our intervention screens create positive friction but do not prevent you from using apps entirely. You maintain ultimate control over your device usage.

Data Use

Screen Time data is used solely for:

• Calculating your daily Talents balance

• Displaying your progress and statistics

• Triggering intervention screens at appropriate times

We never sell, share, or use your Screen Time data for advertising purposes.

4. Talents System

What Are Talents?

Talents are virtual rewards you earn for staying within your self-set screen time limits. They have no cash value but can be applied as discounts in our marketplace.

Earning Talents

• You receive 30 Talents daily (equivalent to $3.00 discount power)

• Staying within your limits: keep all 30 Talents

• Exceeding limits: Talents decrease proportionally over the next 30 minutes of excess usage

• Talents reset daily at midnight (your local time zone)

Using Talents

• Talents can be applied as discounts when purchasing products in our marketplace

• Each product has a maximum Talents discount set by the vendor

• Talents cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash

• Unused Talents accumulate and do not expire while your account is active

Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust the Talents earning rate with notice to users

• Modify how Talents are calculated or applied

• Revoke Talents obtained through fraudulent or abusive means

No Cash Value

Talents have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Upon account closure, all Talents are forfeited.

5. Marketplace

Product Listings

Turn to Him operates a marketplace featuring faith-centered products from various vendors. We act as a facilitator between you and marketplace vendors.

Vendor Relationships

• Products are sold through Turn to Him and fulfilled by third-party vendors

• Each vendor is responsible for product quality, accuracy of descriptions, and fulfillment

• We vet vendors but do not guarantee product quality or vendor performance

Purchasing

By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information

• Pay the displayed price (including any applicable taxes and shipping)

• Accept that Talents discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be modified after purchase

• Review product descriptions, images, and specifications before purchasing

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

• We do not store your full credit card information

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases

• All sales are in U.S. Dollars (USD)

Pricing

• Prices are set by vendors and may change without notice

• We take a commission on each sale (typically 15%)

• Talents discounts are applied to the retail price at checkout

• Displayed prices include all mandatory fees but may not include taxes or shipping

Order Fulfillment

• Vendors are responsible for shipping products in a timely manner

• We coordinate with vendors to ensure proper fulfillment

• Estimated delivery times are provided by vendors and are not guaranteed

• You will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via email

Returns and Refunds

• Each product has its own return policy set by the vendor

• Returns must be initiated within the vendor’s specified timeframe (typically 30 days)

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method

• Talents used on refunded purchases are returned to your account

• We do not refund our commission on returned items (standard marketplace practice)

• Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective

Product Issues

For questions about products, shipping delays, damaged items, or returns:

• Contact the vendor directly (contact information provided in order confirmation)

• If unable to resolve with vendor, contact us at support@turntohim.app

• We will work with vendors to address legitimate concerns

Prohibited Items

Vendors may not sell:

• Illegal items or services

• Counterfeit goods

• Items that violate intellectual property rights

• Offensive or inappropriate content

• Items that contradict the spiritual mission of Turn to Him

6. Content and Spiritual Materials

Daily Content

We provide daily spiritual content including scriptures, quotes, talks, and other faith-based materials. This content is:

• Curated from publicly available sources

• Provided for inspirational and educational purposes

• Subject to change without notice

• Not a substitute for scripture study, church attendance, or personal revelation

User-Generated Content

Currently, Turn to Him does not support user-generated content. If this feature is added in the future, we will update these Terms accordingly.

Third-Party Content

We may link to external resources (scripture websites, General Conference videos, church resources). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.

Intellectual Property

All spiritual content is used respectfully and with proper attribution. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@turntohim.app.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the Service

• Use the App for any illegal purpose

• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the Talents system

• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

• Share your account with others

• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the App

Interfere with Operations

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code

• Overload our servers or interfere with other users’ access

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Abuse the Marketplace

• Make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

• Resell products purchased with Talents discounts for profit

• Submit false or misleading reviews (if a review feature is added)

• Harass vendors or other users

Violate Privacy

• Collect other users’ information without consent

• Impersonate another person or entity

• Share others’ personal information

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Talents, and legal action if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Turn to Him, including its logo, design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You may not:

• Use our name, logo, or branding without written permission

• Copy, modify, or distribute our App or content

• Create derivative works based on our App

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

9. Disclaimers

Service “As Is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• Screen Time monitoring will work perfectly in all situations

• Intervention screens will prevent all excessive app usage

• Products purchased will meet your expectations

• Vendors will fulfill orders perfectly

• The App will help you achieve your digital wellness goals

Spiritual Guidance

The spiritual content in Turn to Him is not a substitute for:

• Personal prayer and scripture study

• Church attendance and participation

• Guidance from church leaders

• Professional counseling or therapy

• Medical or mental health treatment

If you are struggling with addiction, mental health issues, or need professional help, please consult qualified professionals.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third-party vendors, payment processors, or linked websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

No Liability for Damages

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities

• Damage to your device or data

• Unauthorized access to your account

• Errors or interruptions in service

• Product defects or delivery delays

• Emotional distress or spiritual harm

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or

• $100 USD

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RGA Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at support@turntohim.app. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the issue informally.

Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing us at support@turntohim.app with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Venue

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County/State].

13. Modifications to Terms

Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.

The effective date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated.

14. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Risk to other users or the App’s integrity

• Extended inactivity

• Any reason, at our sole discretion

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ends immediately

• We may delete your account and data (subject to our Privacy Policy)

• All Talents are forfeited

• Outstanding orders will still be fulfilled

• Sections of these Terms that should survive (indemnification, disclaimers, limitations) remain in effect

15. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RGA Labs LLC regarding the App.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, etc.).

16. Referral Program

Share and Earn

When you refer friends to Turn to Him using your unique referral link:

• You may receive bonus Talents when they create an account and make their first purchase

• Referral rewards are subject to our anti-fraud policies

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

Prohibited Referral Tactics

You may not:

• Use spam or unsolicited messages to promote your referral link

• Misrepresent the App or its benefits

• Create fake accounts to claim referral bonuses

• Purchase ads using our trademark without permission

17. App Updates and Availability

Updates

We may release updates to improve features, fix bugs, or add new functionality. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. We may suspend the App for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Changes to Features

We may add, modify, or remove features (including the Talents system, marketplace, or Screen Time monitoring) with or without notice.
