California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what information we collect and to request deletion of your information.
Data Retention
Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion to allow for account recovery.
Screen Time Data: Retained for up to 1 year to show historical progress. You can delete this anytime.
Purchase History: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, as required by law.
Crash Reports: Retained for 90 days to fix bugs.
Children’s Privacy
Turn to Him is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

International Users
Turn to Him is based in the United States. If you use our app from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our app, you consent to this transfer.
